How to Reset Forgot PNB Mobile Banking MPIN

PNB bank offers up-to-date banking solutions to its customers so they (customers) can enjoy hassle-free banking experience from anywhere and anytime. For your convenience, it allows you reset your login credentials for its online services like net banking,  mobile banking, phone banking etc right from your home or office. Moreover, it allows you link your LPG, Adhaar card online without visiting your home bank branch.
In my recent posts, I have written some posts related to Punjab National Bank (PNB) like how to activate PNB net banking and mobile banking online. Today one of our subscribers has asked us how to reset PNB mobile banking MPIN. So in this post, we’ll be discussing on how to reset forgotten PNB mobile banking mPIN.
Things you will need to reset your mobile banking mPIN :
  • Registered mobile number
If you have above mentioned things handy then just read on and follow the instructions.
Step 1: Open PNB mobile banking app.
Step 2: From the app homepage, tap on ‘Set MPIN’.

Step 3: Now enter your PNB mobile banking USER ID and then tap on continue.
Step 4: In the next step, you’ll receive an OTP (one time password) on your registered mobile number. Wait for the OTP and enter it once you receive it on your mobile number. Upon entering the OTP, tap on activate.

Step 5: In the next page, you’ll be asked to enter your new MPIN, Just enter a new PIN for your mobile banking and then reenter it. Subsequently, hit submit button.
That’s it. Your MPIN has been changed successfully. Now you can login to your PNB m-banking using your USER ID and new MPIN.
