BSNL Wimax-How to Add Wimax Account In BSNL Portal to Pay Bills Online

BSNL Wimax is a wireless broadband technology. Bsnl provides unlimited data uses only at the rate of 800 rs per month (approximately). Bsnl Wimax also has some other plans for business purpose those are available at the rate of 2300 rs per month (approximately). If you are a wimax user then you can pay your Wimax bill online on their official website. To pay Wimax bill online first of all, you have to register yourself on Bsnl portal. Thereafter add your Bsnl Wimax account number in your Bsnl Portal account. If you have already created a user account on Bsnl Portal then follow below information to add your wimax account in BSNL Portal otherwise create a User ID on BSNL Portal before proceeding. To add your wimax account in Bsnl Portal just follow these simple steps which are discussed below:-

STEP 1 :- First of all, go to BSNL PORTAL website.
STEP 2 :- Click SIGN UP

STEP 3 :- When you will click on sign up link then a form will appear just fill that form and click on Submit icon as shown in image below:-

STEP 4 :- After clicking on Submit Button you will receive your USER ID and Password on your mobile number.

STEP 5 :- Now you have successfully created User ID on BSNL Portal. In next step, go to homepage of BSNL portal and click SIGN IN. Click NEW then Enter your user name and password to login to BSNL portal.

STEP 6 :- Now your BSNL Portal homepage will appear. From your homepage click Manage Accounts then Postpaid Accounts. Enter your Wi-Max details then click submit.

After clicking submit button your Wi-Max will be added to your account.
Now you have all done.Your Wimax account has been added in your Bsnl Portal Account. You can now pay your wimax Bill online. You can activate SMS alerts to receive notifications of your account (activated by default).
Note:- If you cannot find Account number and Wimax number then see your bill as in image below:-

    i added wimax number and account number but
    bsnl portal say "Sorry there was a communication failure!"

  2. Yes, this is the way to get the bills in your email and pay the bill online.
    But the demerit of the ebill is that the eBill doesn't look like the paper bill. Paper bill has a color pad which the ebill doesn't have. This is a long issue with BSNL, while all other ISP provider provides paper like color bill as ebill. Just print and use. But you can't print and use BSNL eBills for anything except paying it on BSNL offices.

    1. First of all,i apologize that i did not see your comment. Perhaps,you are using user id given by BSNL employees. I would like to tell that User id given by them do not work on bsnl portal .You should create a new user id on Bsnl portal.

    1. Hello Aman Hunjan, Can you please tell me when you are getting this message. I mean to say that while logging in to bsnl portal or while adding Wimax account to BSNL portal.
      If your are getting this message while adding Wimax account to BSNl portal then Please make sure your are entering right Account number and Wimax number.For more clarification see Step 8 carefully.Let me know that your problem is solved or not.

      First click on Postpaid Gsm/Wimax(See step 2) then enter your User ID and Password. If you're still facing any problem then feel free and ask in comment box.

  9. i've only got account no and i dont have wimax userid...how can i get user id.....n well bill dont get delivered where i live...i dont know why......so i have to submit my bill.....can anyone help me....??

    1. Hello Akshay Thakur,
      Usually, you receive your bill through email; so please check your email id. Otherwise, visit your nearest BSNL branch, they can provide you user id. After getting user id either from email or BSNL branch, follow the steps given above to create a BSNL portal account. Do write back to us if the issue still exists.

    I am new user of wimax. my user id and account no shows invalied combination. this is my first billing cycle i havent received any bill yet. User id BB10021703 Acc no. 385831165. please help.

      You have to create a fresh user id and password on BSNL portal. Please carefully follow all the steps given in this post (do not skip any step) and create a new user id on BSNL portal. Thereafter, just add your Wimax user id and account number.

  11. I have a wimax connection taken on 15 th july 2016. Created an account on bsnl portal. Not able to view the bill as i dont have a wimax user id. Where will i get it.

      Visit your BSNL branch or wait for the bill; you may expect it (bill) in the first week of the month.
      Usually, you receive your bill on your postal address or email address.
      Call at 1503 for more help.

  12. "Invalid Wimax User Id and Account Number Combination." I've tried several times but still persisting same problem. Although my service has been barred due to non-payment. Is that the cause ?

    1. Hello Bhargob Borthakur,
      I'm unable to recognize your problem. So kindly tell me where are you facing this problem?
      However, I'm assuming you're facing problem while logging in. If it's then just make sure you're entering correct user id and password (make sure caps lock is off). If it does not work then click on forget password link to reset your login password.
      One more thing , If your Wimax connection has been disconnected then you may not be able to add it to your BSNL portal account.
